This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans on the SalonFlow platform, operated by SalonFlow Technologies, India. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a plan.
SalonFlow offers the following plans:
All paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of the initial payment date. Refunds under this clause are issued at our sole discretion following a review of account activity for abuse.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
To request a refund, email support@salonflow.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the transfer. SalonFlow is not responsible for delays caused by the banking or payment system.
We encourage you to contact our support team before raising a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation. We cooperate fully with Razorpay's dispute resolution process and will respond to all chargeback requests promptly.
SalonFlow reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that specific transaction.
